Hi! My name is Amanda Lambert, MSN, PMHNP-BC. I am an adolescent and adult board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I earned my bachelor’s in biochemistry from John Carroll University, my bachelor’s in nursing from Edinboro University, and my master’s in nursing from Northern Kentucky University. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as an ICU nurse in downtown Cleveland. I am committed to helping improve the mental health of my patients through both medication management and therapeutic intervention. My approach to mental health treatment focuses on treating each patient as an individual by diving into their personal history, concerns with medication, and goals of treatment to improve the patient’s overall quality of life. I like to provide patients with the education and resources they need to stay informed about their diagnoses and treatment options. I enjoy working with patients of all ages and mental health disorders including, but not limited to, OCD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, postpartum depression/anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
Specialties: Psychiatric medication management
